1. Shobhit University is accredited by the Ministry of HRD's accrediting body NAAC with good credits.
ReplyDelete2. Shobhit University Meerut has not enrolled any student in Distance education mode since 2014-15 academic year. Its degrees are recognized and are fully valid for any competition or job.
3. Mr Nilesh Yadav's article is impressionistic in nature, in that he cites some non-facts and then comes to his own conclusions and presents them as facts. Here are at least two examples: he writes as the concluding remark of his narration in his para 1:- "Recently, Shobhit has also started a private university in UP, Gangoh (Possibly; it is back up university in case supreme court declares it invalid and go ahead for de-recognition)"
Now, this is total nonsense. Which Supreme Court verdict is he talking about? Honourable Supreme Court finds no fault with Shobhit University. There is no case going against the credibility or any other fault of Shobhit University in Supreme Court, or for that matter in any other court.
And here, the blogger Mr. Nilesh Yadav tries to defame this university with his impression: (Possibly ....). This type of activity on part of Mr Nilesh Yadav, if not removed from these pages would amount to defamation.
Second example: the blogger says, beside other falsehood about the ranking of Shobhit University: "...I am sure they were paid rankings as now I did not find anything related to that..."
Well, it is his impression; and his impression holds no water in front of the facts that there are. Similarly, in all the paras, the conclusion drawn always is based on his own ideas and malafide make- believe.

The facts are that Shobhit University is well established; NAAC Accredited University where students from different parts of the country, as well as international students study full-time courses and get degrees. Shobhit University, Gangoh is a state university, established (not with permission from Mr. Nilesh Yadav, but) with Uttar Pradesh Shobhit University Act 2011 of Uttar Pradesh Government. Gazette notification of Shobhit University, Meerut, as a deemed-to-be university; and the gazette notification of Uttar Pradesh Government citing the establishment of SU Gangoh as a state university after the passage of the state Act, are both government documents which carry more legal, cultural and factual weight than a defamatory blog by Shri Nilesh Yadav.
